CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and I respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 30% charge of the total service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time with another client — and that directly impacts my income as a small business owner. This policy is in place to protect the time and energy I dedicate to each client. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, just as I respect yours.
